This school was constructed
on an 8.28 acre site in a neighborhood of predominately single-story homes in north Pasco. The site incorporates large grass play fields and a large paved area with play equipment, basketball hoops, tetherball courts, 4-square and hopscotch courts, and a ball wall.
An enclosed bus waiting area for the students incorporates tube steel geometric shapes atop a partial height CMU masonry wall. Tube steel louvered sunshades along with many design and material choices helped this STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) elementary to meet the W.S.S.P. standards for design.
